Our sensational 2AA Rosette Restaurant, with its grand columns and dazzling chandelier, offers our guests truly adventurous cuisine. We actively encourage and support our Head Chef and the team to create tempting menus of classic dishes with your own creative twist.
Head Chef will also have a lot of creative fun with our private dining, afternoon tea and function facilities.
You will have the necessary experience in managing a full team of Chefs, including:
- Menu planning and execution [ideally 2AA Rosette level or similar]
- Inventory Control
- Waste Management
- Financial acumen including GP management
- On-going Performance Reviews, Training and Development
We have a stable and dedicated kitchen team, and the Head Chef will play a huge role in encouraging them to consistently deliver the passion and desire to deliver that wow factor to our discerning guests.
