Responsibilities as Guest Service Manager
- Lead front office and guest service teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
- Manage guest feedback, service recovery, and VIP experiences
- Oversee reservations, occupancy planning, and logistics
- Support departmental budgeting and reporting
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and operations
- Drive training, development, and service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing front office or guest services teams
- Background in quality hospitality environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- PMS system experience preferred
