We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our expanding group. This is a new role for us and is designed to support our current growth rate and our extensive, exciting future plans . The candidate will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the business and really make the role their own.
This is a full time position which will involve travel between our three venues, with significant time also working from home. Ideally you will be based in Fife, West Lothian or the West side of Edinburgh.
We have 3 well-known venues in central Scotland at Ratho, Elie and Lower Largo – all three in stunning locations. We are not a chain: each of our venues has a unique location, vibe and flavour. We pride ourselves on excellence in everything we do – two of our pubs were in the final for SLTN award for Gastropub of the year 2021, and they ended up placing First and Second!

Finance Manager role - Job Examples:
- Run the finance function of the business, comprising currently three hospitality venues and a central holding and administrative company
- Run daily and weekly finance functions for each venue to ensure accurate measurement, strong performance and financial integrity
- Create and monitor robust financial procedures at our venues, identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee and/or operate functions such as Payroll, Stock Management, Movement of Money
- Present on financial and non-financial KPIs at board level
Finance Manager role - Ideal Criteria:
- Management/Supervisory experience within a Hospitality Business Finance Function
- Experience with EPOS & Online Accounting Systems
- Own Vehicle & License
- Experience of raising finance (debt and/or equity)
