Warwickshire CDP/Sous Chef level chef required to work at exclusive premium shooting range and corporate event space heading into their busy shooting season and Christmas.
Great work life balance as events are during the day with early starts and no more late finishes in a fresh food venue. Experience in running functions and events menu’s required and the ability to be apart of a team of chefs servicing an onsite café menu throughout the day. All food is fresh quality the role has immediate starts.

Requirements.
As a chef de partie they will require:
- Basic Food Hygiene and Allergens certificate
• Minimum of 2 years chef experience in a similar role
• Effective and responsive communication.
• Driving Licence important to be considered.
• Confidence and competency running your own section within a professional kitchen
