Deputy General Manager role near Stratford-upon-Avon Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate would possess outstanding team leadership skills along good financial acumen. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar 4-star country house hotel and ideally managed a minimum 2 Rosette food and wine service. You should have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve performance and operational targets with an emphasis on Food and Beverage operations including weddings and ideally, but not essential, health club and spa.
