A fantastic Kitchen and Ventilation Deep Cleaning Supervisor role in Luton paying a salary of up to £28,000 PLUS BONUS is available for a commercial kitchen cleaning company. With over 30 years of experience and an enviable reputation. We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet (Driving licence required).
We will also have Deep Cleaning Operatives role available and there is a £200 reference reward upon completion of their probationary period.
Kitchen and Ventilation Deep Cleaning Supervisor role in Luton Highlights:
- Offering a salary of up to £28,000 – negotiable on experience
- Weekly bonus and profit share available
- £1,000 Bonus after 1 year of service
- Full-time, permanent position
- As a driver, you will be responsible for driving the team to and from each cleaning job in a company van
- During each shift, you will be working as part of a team with other Kitchen and Ventilation Deep Cleaning Operatives
- Shift pattern will be a rolling roster covering day, afternoon, or evening shifts - including weekends

Kitchen and Ventilation Deep Cleaning Supervisor role in Luton Job Overview:
- As Cleaning Supervisor you will supervise a team of deep cleaning operatives on their day-to-day duties. You will conduct cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment and structures, install filters to ventilation plant units, fit ductwork access doors to ventilation systems, record condition readings and take before and after photographs and other general cleaning work.
- The work will be carried out at client sites generally around the South-East, including London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel required to East Anglia, the Midlands and the South-West.
Kitchen and Ventilation Deep Cleaning Supervisor role in Luton desired Experience/Skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of TR19 guidelines would be beneficial but not essential
