Tell the story of one of the world’s most exclusive, conservation-led luxury destinations.

We are recruiting for an ultra-luxury exclusive private island in the Indian Ocean — a sanctuary where wildlife thrives and nature is protected.

We are seeking a creative, adventurous, and detail-driven Content & Asset Creator to join the island team full-time. If meaningful storytelling, natural beauty, rare wildlife, and building a brand from the ground up inspire you, this opportunity is truly exceptional.

Welcome to a role where no two days look the same — because the island reveals something new every day.

The Opportunity

Craft the visual soul of a private island.

As the Content & Asset Creator, you will be the lens, the voice, and the guardian of the destination’s brand identity. Your mission is to capture and curate the stories that define this extraordinary island — its landscapes, its wildlife, its people, its culture, and its deep commitment to conservation.

This role is not just about content creation — it is about stewardship. You will safeguard the brand’s essence while ensuring every visual and narrative element aligns with the island’s standards of excellence.

What You’ll Do

Creator of Photo & Video

  • Produce high-level visual content that reflects the island’s refined luxury and natural beauty
  • Capture authentic, meaningful stories connected to conservation and guest experiences
  • Follow the principle: let nature unfold in front of the lens, without artificial enhancement

Content Curator and strategist

  • Research trends, ideas, and stories from conservation networks, luxury hospitality, and digital media
  • Identify opportunities to highlight the island’s unique initiatives and guest experiences

Island Brand Ambassador

  • Ensure all communications, visuals, and messaging reflect the island’s personality and tone
  • Uphold brand consistency across print, digital, and in-person experiences

PR, Media & Influencer Coordinator

  • Host journalists, creators, and PR guests with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage logistics, scout locations, coordinate shoots, and ensure seamless execution

Social Media Partner

  • Collaborate with the brand team to plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms

Cross-Team Story Hunter

  • Work with conservationists, guest experience teams, and rangers to uncover stories worth sharing

Keeper of the Content Library

  • Organize, tag, and structure assets within the MAM/DAM, ensuring accessibility and long-term usability

About You

You’re made for this if…

You thrive in remote, nature-connected environments and bring a rare combination of creativity, responsibility, and refined brand awareness. You understand luxury storytelling and the sensitivity required when working in conservation settings.

You bring:

  • A strong and relevant portfolio in photography and videography (essential)
  • An intuitive understanding of luxury aesthetics
  • Sensitivity to conservation, nature, and sustainability
  • Fluency in English (required), with 2 additional languages. French and German strongly preferred;
  • Experience coordinating media visits, photoshoots, and creative projects
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, design tools, and social media formats
  • Willingness to live full-time on a remote private island
  • High professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • No visible tattoos and a non-smoking lifestyle, in alignment with guest expectations
  • Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors for extended periods
  • A self-driven, adaptable, and independent work ethic

What Is Offered

A role unlike any other.

  • A dynamic and collaborative on-island team

  • Service charge eligibility after resort reopening
  • Professional development and training opportunities
  • Staff accommodation: private room with shared bathroom
  • Laundry services for uniforms, bedding, and towels
  • Access to recreation areas, sports court, and a dedicated staff swimming pool
