Role Overview

As a Commis Pastry Chef, you will support the pastry team in preparing a wide range of baked goods, desserts, and plated sweets. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, refine their skills, and work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts.
  • Follow recipes and production schedules with accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Support senior pastry chefs with mise en place and daily tasks.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all products.
  • Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to new menu items.
