We are a beautiful traditional country pub, with exposed oak beams, inglenook fireplaces and stone floors. Dating back hundreds of years and said to be the Command Centre for the Royalists during the Battle of Edgehill in the English Civil War.
We are famous for our great food and beer including our outdoor kitchen with a Wood Fired Oven, Smoker and Grill.

We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie or a CDP aspiring to be a Sous Chef, to join our team at this gorgeous Country Pub in South Warwickshire, near Banbury.
What is in it for our next Chef de Partie:

- Full and/ or Part-time hours, fully negotiable up to 48 hours per week

What we require from our next Chef de Partie:
- Good communication skills with colleagues and guests
- A flexible attitude, and eager to learn and develop
- Other Kitchen duties as required
- Preparing fresh ingredients
- Carrying out the smooth and efficient running of your section
- Able to demonstrate previous experience in a culinary environment
- Ideally possess experienced track record and or a formal qualification in culinary arts from a recognized culinary training institution;
- Ideally experienced as a Chef de Partie, gained in a pub, hotel or restaurant;
