Live In Chef de Partie job in Skye Highlights:
- Base salary of £24500 - £27500 including paid over-time
- Plus, share of tips/tronc, around £5,400 per year before tax

- Each person gets their own room within a shared house. Many of the rooms have their own bathrooms (depending on availability) and the properties include full Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry facilities etc.
- 28 days holiday with 4 weeks off over Christmas
- 4 days per week. Straight shifts
- Direct report to the Head Chef and working within a fantastic brigade of 13 staff
- Working with locally sourced produce, some of the finest shellfish and meat in Scotland
