Permanent - Catering Manager - Surrey
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Catering Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional leadership, culinary expertise, and strong organizational skills.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, with daytime hours to provide a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role within the contract catering industry.
- Strong culinary background with a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and menu design.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events and priorities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and industry best practices.
