Hourly Rate: up to £10.25 per hour PLUS DOUBLE PAY BANK HOLIDAYS

Care Assistant – Benefits – Swansea:
- £250 welcome bonus
- Full driver's license and access to own vehicle essential
- £10 to £10.25 per hour & 30p mileage
- Paid travel time
- As a private business, the majority of calls are a minimum of one hour
- Refer a friend bonus = £250
- All private client – no council – plenty of time with client
- Double pay on bank holidays

Requirements for Care Assistants, Swansea:
- Our home care is community-based so you must live locally
- You must be a car owner with a full driving license
- Our Care Assistants must be aged 18 and over
- You must have a smartphone that can download our app
Our clients depend on their dedicated Care Assistants to support them with the daily activities of living in their home.
You may not be aware, but you already have the skills required to make a great Care Assistant - so we will simply focus on continually developing you within our support network and ensure that we provide you with the specific training programme and induction process.
