About our restaurant:
We believe in celebrating Britain’s finest produce. The Breakfast Chef has the honour of cooking with some fantastic ingredients and our breakfast genuinely is the best in town.
Predominantly we use wild, sustainable ingredients, with a focus on wild venison. We have our own dedicated Deer Manager who harvests the wild deer over thousands of acres of prime English countryside. We also work with rare breed Beef and Lamb, Wild Boar from The Forest of Dean, and the freshest line caught fish the country has to offer.
Our food is elegant but hearty and served in a beautifully designed restaurant and bar, that are in keeping with the building’s Tudor heritage. You will be part of a unique and modern concept that pays homage to the past. We like to describe our service as being well informed but relaxed and approachable. Polished knowledge and attention to detail along with the right side of familiar. The bar focuses on carefully selected wines and beers, a selection of modern classic cocktails, and an extensive gin list.
We share a building with a beautiful hotel and serve breakfast to the hotel guests each morning.
