Assistant Manager, Cheshire – Duties:
- Running the business alongside the GM.
- Staff training, development and coaching to drive the operational excellence and financial performance of the site.
- Ensuring the health and safety procedures are carried out correctly
- Problem solving
- Wage, stock and GP controls
- Requirements / Qualifications of an Assistant Manager
- Experience in a Gastro Pub or Restaurant- a proven track record within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills, energetic, hardworking and hand’s on manager.
- To be able to work independently and lead a team.
- A great understanding of customer service with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- As the Assistant General Manager, you will be structured in your approach, be adaptable to change and will thrive in a fast-paced environment and extremely well organised.
- Good Knowledge of H&S compliance.
