We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy Cotswolds pub and boutique hotel for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the venue.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead service from the floor, support the management team, and help deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support the daily running of the pub, restaurant, and hotel
- Lead service and maintain high guest experience standards
- Help manage rotas, staffing, and team performance
- Support stock control and operational procedures
- Train and motivate the front-of-house team

- Experience in a supervisor or Assistant Manager hospitality role
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
