The Assistant General Manager will have the natural persona to be the front face of the business and run it as if it were their own alongside the GM. With a team of over 40 staff, the candidate will have the ability to lead, train, develop and motivate the team.
You will have strong knowledge of restaurant control systems to monitor and manage the financial performance alongside the GM. Our head office offers a full accounts, HR, and payroll department, sales and marketing team, and central reservations, aiding you to concentrate on the most important aspect of the business, the customers.
