Contract Type : Permanent
Status: Full Time
Salary: to £35,000 per annum neg, d.o.e.
We need you, our Assistant Financial Controller:
To assist FC in the smooth running of the company’s financial procedures
To be responsible for Payroll of all employees
To monitor company’s cash flow
To be responsible for company’s accounts receivable
To act as an ambassador of the Initiative Group with guests & colleagues
To create a report with company’s owners and outlet managers
To create relationships with the suppliers financial teams
An example of some of the duties and responsibilities for Assistant Financial Controller:
Revenue reconciliation
Payroll management
Inter company invoicing
Book keeping
Review and analyse weekly accounts and monthly management accounts
Cashflow monitoring
Flexible in working to the needs of the business and departments
Preparing monthly financial reports
To operate all required computer systems
Ensure that all financial procedures are followed
VAT management
TAX management
Management of financial archives
