We are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller, with experience, to be part of our Head Office Accounts team based at this beautiful 4 Star Luxury Hotel. This role will report into the Group Financial Controller and will involve managing the finance department for five sites within the hotel group. This is a permanent full time role working Monday –Friday.
Our Hotel group operate across four properties in the county of Cheshire. We have over 100 4* stunning bedrooms in our portfolio and 5 busy restaurants known for homemade, locally sourced produce, excellent service and attention to detail. We run an award winning wedding venue with top end conference and banqueting facilities and a beautiful Spa!

Assistant Financial Controller - Experience:
- We are looking for a confident and professional individual with strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality, food & beverage environment.
- Desirable criteria for the role are accounting qualifications i.e. CIMA, ACCA, AAT or similar and relevant experience in a hotel accounts department, with thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- To demonstrate pinpoint accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Opera, Micros and Sage is a strong advantage.
- You should have the ability to operate with comprehensive software packages and should have strong IT and excel skills.
Hospitality is a busy, varied and demanding environment that requires an element of flexibility and multi- tasking, in addition to great communication skills.
