Hybrid Agency Account Manager job, Highlights:

Hybrid Agency Account Manager Job Examples:

  • Responsible for total account management for a group of allocated agent accounts across the UK, with a key focus on the Transient & Group Rooms agency sector.
  • Managing the RFP process with existing and new accounts, driving Group business conversions, organising familiarisation trips, and presenting to customers on existing and new Hotels within the group.
  • Business Development will include renegotiating key corporate rates and group agreements to drive share and attending relevant tradeshows representing the group.
  • Create and communicate the account strategies to drive increased market share and demonstrate value to both internal and external customers within the portfolio of accounts you manage.
  • Develop account plans to drive market share as well as identify and manage new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with all hotels across the group (roughly 30 properties) that receive business from your account portfolio and have a clear understanding of each of the hotels individually strategies.
