We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. You will support the Accounts department in maintaining accurate records, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, Standard UK Shift). We are only considering candidates based in the Delhi NCR region. No hybrid or remote options are available.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer reconciliation in coordination with the Manager
  • Update ledgers and support reconciliation activities
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via the Sales Team and other departments (Accounts Statement, Ledger Details, Reconciliation, etc.)
  • Support internal and external audit requests
  • Provide general assistance in the Accounts Department as required

 

Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn advanced features
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce (minimum)
  • Up to 1 year of accounting experience (internships in accounting/finance preferred)
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • This role is particularly suitable for candidates at the early stage of their accounting career who are keen to strengthen their expertise and grow within financial administration
