We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a busy, well-established managed pub. This is a live-in role with a private 1-bedroom flat provided, ideal for someone seeking both stability and a great working environment.

Your Responsibilities as Head Chef
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Delivering consistently high-quality pub classics and seasonal dishes
- Managing stock levels, ordering, and controlling food costs
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Training and development of junior team members
- Working closely with the General Manager to support pub performance
 What We’re Looking for in a Head Chef
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Solid understanding of kitchen financials and GP management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for great food and high standards
- A team player with a positive, hands-on approach
