A talented Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie is required for a 120-bedroom, 4-star hotel in central Birmingham. The hotel features a state-of-the-art conference facility alongside a beautiful à la carte restaurant, offering a varied and exciting kitchen environment.
You’ll be working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with menus created on-site and genuine opportunity to contribute your ideas and creativity.
The kitchen brigade is fully staffed, and the hotel prides itself on offering a great work/life balance. Shifts are straight and well-structured, with late shifts typically finishing around 9pm.
