Responsibilities as Chef de Partie

  • Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
  • Work as part of the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with stock control, deliveries, and monthly stock takes
  • Support and positively influence team members
  • Help across different sections of the kitchen as required
  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation when interacting with guests

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
  • Fresh food background with good attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
  • Calm, organised, and reliable
  • Passion for quality produce and sustainable cooking
  • Legal right to work in the UK
