A Monday – Friday Group Catering Manager is required for a specialised healthcare company. This role involves overseeing the catering operation for 2 properties in Birmingham (Erdington & Edgbaston) paying upto £40,000. You’ll ensure high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered daily while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.

This role will be predominantly Monday – Friday however flexibility is required.

Catering Manager Snapshot:

  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • Predominantly Monday – Friday
  • 5 hours
  • Usual start time 7am
  • Both sites are fully staffed in the kitchen (Edgbaston & Erdington)
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must be comfortable talking to patients, friends and family

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily catering operations and menu planning
  • Lead, train, and motivate the catering team
  • Ensure all meals meet dietary and healthcare requirements
  • Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
