We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable Catering Assistant to join our catering team. Proven track record of kitchen experience, preparation, cooking in busy service periods is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
- Keeping the kitchen and service areas clean and tidy
- Supporting chefs with basic food prep as needed
- Operating tills and handling payments (if front-of-house duties apply)
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are followed at all times
- Setting up and clearing down service areas

Experience in catering or food service is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hours 37.5 per week – includes 5 seven-hour shifts over 7 days 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm
Salary: £29,062 per annum (£14.90 per hour).
