Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of chefs and selected inmates to deliver three meals daily
- Oversee and support enhanced inmates working in the kitchen
- Work closely with prisoner workforces, assisting them in meal preparation and cooking
- Take charge of preparing quality dishes following a pre-set menu
- Ensure efficient and precise food production according to recipe guidelines
