- An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to head up a brigade in a highly regarded establishment.
- You will need considerable experience in costing, menu planning, ordering, rotas and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Everything is made from fresh, fish and game are sourced locally.
- You will head up a brigade of 10 chefs so strong management experience is important.
