THE JOB:
- Day to day hands on service at a fine dining restaurant
- Ensuring the highest quality of standards are met for service and cleanliness.
- Making personalized recommendations on new menu items or offers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Prior experience in a Head Waiter or a Team Leader in a fine dining restaurant.
- Confident with a hands-on service.
- Able to multitask with ease.
- Extensive knowledge with food and wine as well as willingness to learn more.
THE PACKAGE:
- 35-37K per annum (including TRONC)
- 5 days work week with fixed two days off
- Meals on duty
