Are you an experienced Sommelier looking for an opportunity?
THE JOB:
- Full control of the wine list.
- Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in AA rosette location desirable.
THE PACKAGE:
- 38-40K per annum (experience depending) + TRONC
- 40h per week on a 4 days per week rota
- Christmas off
