Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen station, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet established standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation according to rosette-awarded standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Adhere to and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
