- You will deputise for the Head Chef on occasions when required so a strong experience within a catering environment, knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations are essential.
- You will support the Head Chef in the planning and preparing of high-quality meals that meet the nutritional and dietary requirements.
