A fantastic Sous Chef opportunity is available for a prestigious 4-star hotel renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining experiences, and world-class hospitality.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to the continued success of the business.

 Sous Chef Highlights:

Sous Chef responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and motivate culinary team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • work closely with the Head chef to  execute and oversee the preparation of high-quality, visually appealing dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • covering all the Head chef responsibilities, on his absence.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and guidelines related to food preparation, safety, and sanitation.

Due to location of the place you will require to have a valid driving licence and a vehicle
