A brand-new Brunch Café opening in Gloucester, is looking for Managers and Head Barista/Supervisor to help set up this establishment at the iconic food docks.
Shifts generally anything between 7am – 7pm (36 - 40 hours per week) with an alternate weekend day off.

• £15 Per Hour + Tips
- Selling Brownies & other menu items
- Day to Day Running of The Café
- Making and serving coffees, teas hot drinks and cold drinks
• Supporting the planning of new seasonal menu items
• Maintaining stock levels, communicating with suppliers & placing orders
• Keeping SFBB records such as fridge temp, cleaning & waste
Daytime Hours Restaurant/Head Barista/Supervisor job in Gloucester Role Overview:
• £12.50 Per Hour + Tips
- Supporting The Manager in The Running of The Business
- Selling Brownies & other menu items
• Making and serving coffees, teas hot drinks and cold drinks
• Supporting the planning of new seasonal menu items
• Maintaining stock levels, communicating with suppliers & placing orders
• Keeping SFBB records such as fridge temp, cleaning & waste
• Shift leader supplementary extra pay for when covering for café manager.
Daytime Hours Restaurant Job in Gloucester Ideal Experience:
• Experience in a similar role or environment with great customer service.
• Barista experience.
• As you will be running “boozy brunches” on the weekend, you may need to obtain a Personal License if you don’t already hold one.
• Cocktail experience is beneficial but not essential.
