The Ideal Candidate:
- Have at least 1 year previous experience as F&B Assistant Manager or within 4 or 5 star hotels with busy F&B operation.
- Have deep knowledge about Food Hygiene and all the Health and Safety legislation.
- Great knowledge about Food and Wines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.
