A fantastic Group Wedding & Social Events Manager job (Hybrid Working), paying a salary of up to £40,000 is available for a successful Hotel Management Company.
As Group Wedding & Social Events Manager, you will coach, mentor, monitor and direct the Sales Office Managers for the Wedding venues within the group (currently 7 sites). This role would suit someone who has strong experience in a hands-on Wedding & Events Sales Manager role, who would like to now use their skills and knowledge to guide and support others.
(Hybrid) Group Wedding & Events Sales Manager job, Highlights:
- Salary of up to £40,000 – negotiated on experience.
- Hybrid working – On the road visiting sites around 3 days per week.
- Predominantly Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work)
- Overseeing the quality of the reactive sales function, in addition to ensuring proactive methods such as marketing, wedding fayres and social media strategies are in place to drive growth.
- Paid mileage.
- Employee preferential rate for stays within the Hotel group (inc. friends & family).

- Create a supportive, fun, and creative working environment - developing talent and ensuring a quality and standard driven approach throughout each member of the team.
- Develop and coach the Sales Office Managers and teams, providing support and succession opportunities through learning and development.
- Review and monitor that all sales offices promote a helpful and professional image to the customer, giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention.
- To ensure each Hotel has Wedding open events and Wedding fayres planned for at least the next 6 months.
- To ensure each Hotel has an effective sales, marketing, and social media plan in place.
- Manage the groups relationship with OTA Wedding channels, monitoring each hotels representation and performance monthly.
(Hybrid) Group Wedding & Events Sales Manager job, Ideal Experience:
- Strong experience within a Wedding & Events Sales Manager role (60+ weddings per year).
- Experience of growing Wedding & Events business levels through methods such as marketing etc.
