As Group Sales Office Manager, you will coach, mentor, monitor and direct the Sales Office Managers within each of the Hotels within the group. This role would suit someone who has strong experience in a hands-on Sales Office Manager role within Hospitality, who would like to now use their skills and knowledge to guide and support others.
(Hybrid) Group Sales Office Manager job, Highlights:
- Salary of up to £45,000 – negotiated on experience.
- Predominantly Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working – On the road visiting sites around 3 days per week.
- Overseeing the quality of the reactive sales function, in addition to ensuring teams are strategically identifying new business opportunities where appropriate.
- Paid mileage.
- Employee preferential rate for stays within the Hotel group (inc. friends & family).

- Take an active role both overall and on property with the preparation of the budgets and plans for the hotels.
- Strategically analyse each hotels performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting and sales plans.
