- This role is hands on – you will be looking after 3 flagship sites in your jurisdiction.

- Oversee all day-to-day operational activity for the sites
- Work with the senior management on the direction for the restaurants
- Work with the Director to ensure profitable operation of all restaurants and other revenue streams in conjunction with agreed metrics and company targets
- Drive training and development for all personnel
