We are looking for a Head Chef that has catering kitchen experience, has excellent attention to detail and is a great team player.

Head Chef Role & Responsibilities
- Design seasonal dishes based around a combination of modern continental and fresh fish dishes.
- Prepare and cook food to a high-quality standard.
- To be able to work as part of a team alongside the pub manager and be motivated to work on their own.
- Achieve and maintain our target Gross Profit
- Lead the kitchen team by example.
- Ensure all kitchen procedures relating to Food Hygiene, routine cleaning and Health & Safety are maintained to keep our food hygiene rating of 5.
