Are you an experienced Restaurant/F&B Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in this newly created role. As a key member of our contract catering team, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage our restaurant operations, delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage resource planning, including staffing levels, training, and coaching, to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Drive revenue targets and control budget costs to achieve profit margins.
  • Collaborate on developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and performance measures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits and monitor guest feedback to inform future development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain training records for staff.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems to support restaurant operations.
