We at Jubilee are exclusively working with a stunning 5-star property in the heart of South Wales.
The site has 150 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, and a brigade of up to 30 kitchen staff.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen from menu writing to staffing and HACCP.

You must have experience of being a Head chef in a similar property. You will have experience in:-
- Managing a large team
