The Role:
- Conducting food preparation
- Catering for large parties as part of a team
- Conducting restaurant service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in any section
- Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Be sure that excellent level of food Hygiene are always in place
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You are experienced CDP in a quality establishment
- You have passion for cooking
- Ambitious Chef de Partie looking for a new opportunity
- You are a team player
- Good communication skills
- Ready for a new challenge and creative
Package summary:
- 40 hours contract
- No late evenings
- £35 000 annual salary
