A fantastic Event Sales Executive job in Woodbridge (Suffolk) paying a salary of £25,000 plus competitive bonuses is available for a 4* Hotel and Spa that hosts a range of private events. Due to the popularity of this venue and inbound interest, this role will predominantly be dealing with reactive sales and not require cold calling (phew!)
The Hotel boasts 42 rooms, a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, Leisure and Spa facilities. We are seeking an Events Sales Executive to join our team, bringing energy and passion to make sure every client has a memorable experience that rocks! You will have the enjoyable variety of the full sales journey within this role, being part of the full sales and planning process up to the date of the event.

Based in the sales office, you will be responsible for the customer sales journey from initial enquiry (be that online, via telephone, or face-to-face meeting). Conducting tours to clients, managing and maintaining data on our CRM system, producing proposals and finally confirming their booking and processing payments.
You will work alongside the operational events team to ensure that all the necessary arrangements are in place to deliver an unforgettable experience for your guests.
