We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside an established and energetic team for a multi-site gastro-pub group.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role and access to their own transport as there may be requirements to travel to different sites.
As a sous chef, you must be able to competently manage your own section while inspiring the team around you and deputizing in the absence of the head chef.
