On top of the hourly rate of up to $36 per hour, there are also additional performances bonuses paid to staff based on the amount of Blocks laid per day. This is roughly $500 extra per month, but can go much higher for the top performing Labourers.

- Full Time, 40 hours per week
- $22 - $36 per hour, negotiable on experience
- $500+ per month in performance bonuses, based on quantity of blocks laid
- Monday to Friday, usually 7:30am to 3:30pm
