As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across various sections of our kitchen and collaborating with our Head Chef to create seasonal menus that showcase our commitment to fresh, local ingredients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, hand hygiene, and inventory management
- Ability to prepare and present high-quality dishes across various sections of the kitchen
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality food in a timely manner
- Ability to work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff
