- Plenty of prey day shifts
- Straight shifts
- All fresh – different types of menu’s upto fine dining.
- Mixture of day shifts and late shifts
- Finish no later than 9:30pm when on the late shift
The ideal Head Chef will come from a fresh food background ideally from a hotel background. Due to the location of this hotel you need to drive and have access to a car.
