With a base salary of £23,000 plus bonuses, the successful applicant can expect to be earning £28,000 + in the first year of employment.
Bespoke training plans for each employee mean that we do not have specific requirements on candidate background. We are far more interested in finding the right person than having a narrow criteria on past experience. Having some form of university degree is highly beneficial.
