We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in the hospitality industry and are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef De Partie for a live-in position at a 4-star hotel in Basingstoke.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a rosette standard kitchen and be able to demonstrate a high level of culinary skill and creativity. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and quality at all times
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Preparing ingredients and setting up workstations for the Head Chef and other kitchen staff
Following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff
Ensuring all dishes are prepared and served to a high standard
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a rosette standard kitchen
Strong culinary skills and creativity
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
