What we are looking for...
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Experience in Japanese food
- At least 2-3 rosette experience
- Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
- Hard working, reliable and loves to support teammates
- Strives for excellence and consistency
The restaurant is located 10 miles from Oxford in a beautiful setting and will be operating Wednesday to Sunday, serving up to 50 covers a day.
Salary & Benefits – Chef de Partie, Sous Chef 3 Rosette Restaurant:
- Competitive package of £27,000 – 35,000 per annum depending on experience, 45-hour contract
