Operations Manager in Birmingham City Centre Job Overview:
- You will primarily be responsible for the Food & Beverage (including events) operational side of the hotel, running the floor day-to-day to ensure outstanding customer service standards are being achieved. This role gives you a chance to be hands-on and really drive the success of the hotel.
